Slurry treatment from mineral and metallurgical processes filtration of concentrates:
The filter presses used in these installations allow the slurry treatment for the recovery and recycling of economically important substances and waste disposal. We have been designed to maximize the performance of metal beneficiation (filtration of concentrates) and refining processes. Filtration has gained a thorough experience in the treatment of slurries produced in mines and in the metallurgical industry from the following processes:
Flotation (filtration of concentrates):
Flotation is a process of solid-solid separation used to separate the gangue (waste mineral) from the pulp (desired mineral), exploiting the different surface properties of minerals. The several outlet currents from flotation, composed of concentrated minerals, are filtrated through filter presses.
Hydrometallurgical:
Lixiviation, is the process of separating one or more soluble elements from a solid substance using a solvent which can be chemical (acid), biological (bacterial strains) or organic (solvents containing carbon atoms)
Purification through active carbons used in gold refining
Pyrometallurgical:
It concerns the refining and working of metals through fusion from which oxides and sulphides are produced. Filter presses are fundamentally used for the treatment of slurries obtained from fume-control processes.
Electrolysis:
It concerns the decomposition reactions caused by continuous electric current in order to produce extremely pure metals and recover precious metals
--Filter press consists of frame, filter plate, pressing system (manual, mechanical and hydraulic) and electric control cabinet.
--Frame consists of base, push plate, tail plate and girder and supports the pressing device and filter plates.
--Filter plates are installed on girder between tail plate and push plate, with filter cloth sandwiched in them.
--In operation, the pressing device (cylinder piston rod or screw) drives the push plate to press the filter plates and filter cloth between push plate and tail plate. Filter chambers are formed between pressed filter plates and materials get into the filter chambers through the feeding port in tail plates. Solid particles are trapped in filter chambers form into filter cakes, while liquid is discharged out of the machine through press cake and filter cloth.
--Plate - frame type filter press is the same as recessed plate filter press in structure, except the filtering part that consists of one plate, one frame and filter cloth, with chambers between plate and frame.

In 2004, our corporation was upgraded to Henan Jincheng Filter Equipment Co., Ltd, and that is a great-leap-forward development of us.
Our company is comprised of Production DEP, Quality Inspection DEP, Purchasing DEP, Sales& Customer Service DEP, Finance DEP, HR DEP, Administrative Logistics DEP, and Security DEP. We have several production lines, which are vacuum belt filter press production line, chamber filter press production line production line, frame and plate filter press production line, filter plate and cloth production line, pump production line, flotation equipment production line, etc. The company also owns an independent R&D center to innovate and develop new products.
