CBH - Arachidonic Acid (5, 8, 11, 14-eicosatetraenoic acid, ARA) is an omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) with four cis double bonds. ARA is an essential fatty acid for human beings. It is present in the body's cells particular in brain and has various physiological functions. It plays an important role in infant nutrition, especially for infant brain development.
