C: Usage
1. Please select edge-sawing machine with rails, and keep sawing cutters vertical, with rotation speed as 4500r/min, or professional alloy sawing cutters, with diameter as 355mm and 120 teeth.
2. Edge sealing and painting compensation
Before going out of factory, the bamboo plywood templates have been sealed on edges. The templates newly cut or drilled, should use anti-water ethanol-formaldehyde series of painting to paint on the cut edges or drilled areas for three times, when scratches, colliding damaged or other slight injures are found, the ethanol-formaldehyde also shall be compensated by painting.
3. Template installation
The wood columns touching templates shall be placed longitudinally. The seams shall be as short as possible, and all templates shall be leveled up. The cushion wood specification is 50*80mm or 100*100mm, use adhesive tapes to seal the seams, to avoid leakage or pollution on edges by liquids.
(1)Ceiling template: Place wood columns transversely on shelf, with distance as 1200mm. Then place wood columns longitudinally, with distance as 400-600mm, when the concrete thickness poured is above 200mm, the distance shall be reduced.
(2)Wall template: Place wood three wood columns longitudinally, then place two wood columns transversely and connect together. Leave the positions for screws going through the walls, keep them standing. If applicable, the templates can be connected by steel columns, to compose a combined wall template, which can be suspended directly or disassembled into separated bamboo templates.
(3)Girder & column template: Cut the templates as the sizes required, leave the positions for screws going through the walls, then the templates can be locked on the shelf.
