CNC Hot products RCCB Residual Current Circuit Breaker(DZ30LE) Residual current circuit breaker is a circuit leakage current exceeds the predetermined value can automatically switch action. The commonly used leakage circuit breaker divided into two categories, the voltage and current, and the current mode is divided into two kinds of electromagnetic type and electrical. Residual current circuit breaker is used to avoid personal electric shock, should be based on direct contact and indirect contact with two kinds of electric shock protection to select different requirements.
1. Application:
For protection against risk of fire due to live to earth fault where fault current is insufficient to cause over-current protection device to operate;
For Protection against risk of shock from indirect contact with euipment suffering a live to earthe fault;
For protection against shock in potentially hazardous environment;
As supplementary protection against shock from derectly touching live parts.
2. General rules for choosing RCCB:
A. Rated residual operating current 10mA to give a high degree of protection against electric shock in a hazardous environment situation where supplymentary protection against shock form accidental direct contact is required,
B. Tripping class
C. Residual current circuit breaker normally has an instantaneous tripping operation.
