(I). Introduction of paper machine part:
The main construction is: Reverse roller part, cylinder mould part, dryer can part, reeling part.
General requirement during the production of paper machine:
1. All kinds of guide roller is assembled with cast iron choke plug.
2. The shaft head of all kinds of guide roll is using 45 # steel.
3. All guide roller body adopts the seamless steel pipe, to ensure the wall thickness requirements.

1.1	Function This machine can rewind the jumbo toilet roll into small roll with various smaller diameters in accordance with need .it don't change the width of jumbo roll,then ,the smaller diameter toilet roll can be cut into different width small toilet roll.
2. YG-450 band-saw paper cutting machine
2.1	Function: Band-saw Paper cutting machine can cut tissue roll(which is rewinded into desired diameter) into different length. Which is an important paper process machine
3.  Sealing machine
3.1	Function: For high labor intensity and low working efficiency and many deficiencies in general workers at present sealing operations, this machine is equipped with built-in magnetic absorbing system; sealing and cooling time can be regulated automatically, which can reduce labor intensity greatly and overcome a series of problems in artificial use, greatly improve work efficiency and quality of seal.
