YZJ Shaftless Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand
Max. Diameter of raw paper: φ 1500mm
Working width: 1400mm to 2200mm
Lifting up or lowering down, clamping, loosening, moving and centering of raw paper are all Controlled by hydraulic pressure with fast paper feeding.
This machine applies pneumatic braking to tension adjustment of raw paper and the center is designed to be taper or expansion type.
Design Features
* Symmetric structure can install two bundles of reel paper at the same time, non-stop for paper machine operation.
* Hydraulic control of reel paper lift-lower, clamp, loosen, movement, contraposition.
* Adopts pneumatic tensioner to adjust paper's tensity.
* The finial adopts taper style design.
* Reel strain control by manual brakes or pneumatic brakes, also can control together with Paper Splicer.
