Furthermore, it equips with central melt furnace, electricity holding furnace and more than 10 of high precision die-casting machines from 400T-1250T in the aluminum casting workshop to assure the quality. It also equips CMM, spectral analysis, salt spray test and backset thickness measurement in the inspection central and will test the complete products for 72 hours about its resisting causticity. It has a high reputation of the mould and aluminum casting in ZheJiang province and customers from America and Europe are satisfied with the quality.
