Hotel furniture suite:
1) Material:
Wood: We apply solid wood as: Sapele, walnut, cherry wood, ebony, oak, birch, beech, teak and so on to all parts of furniture which need to carve and curve.
Panel: We use plywood, MDF, block board, flake board, lumber core combined the solid wood above to make furniture more stylish and durable.
Veneer: If you would not like to make full seal coat, we can provide several kinds of veneer for your reference.
Fabric: We would like to recommend our custom to use high-quality fiber lint, which feels soft and smooth, most important, it would not fade over time. If you don't provide us the swatch, we usually recommend the fabric with its price within RMB 100, and below RMB60 in most cases.
2) Foam: The density is 45 degree or above.
3) Paint: We use Qianyesong environment-friendly paint
4) Packing: We comply with standard export packing, all parts are set stable and uniform before packing. We apply pearl sponge, sponge tube, paper and foam for some parts to inner packing. For outer part we use anti-pressure carton. We can provide custom service in packing part also.
