It Adopts pulsed fiber laser device, output peak power can reach 25kw when pulse width is smaller than 30ns, and it has excellent beam quality M2< 1.5 which is close to diffractive limitation.
The all-fiber design guarantees the stability of the laser, no need of any collimation adjusting of the optical components.
Integrated design of the system makes it more convenience to use, and supply ideal solutions for a wide range of the industry applications, Long lifespan, small size, no need of large water cooling system, only simple air-cooling way is OK. Can still work under some bad environment like impact, vibration, high temperature, or dust.
The processing speed is 2-3 times faster than the traditional laser marker, excellent beam quality, small optical spots, narrow marking line, suitable for marking in high precision, Low operation cost, energy saving, the power of the whole machine is only 500W. Can save 20-30 thousands RMB electric fee compared to Lamp-pumped or semiconductor laser marking machine.
Integrated design makes it convenience to maintain, small size can save the working space.
