5 axis CNC bevel plasma cutting machine. The cutting torch can rotate 360degree. Bevel angle up to 45 degree. This machine was developed by our company, TAYOR, it can automatic 3D plasma bevel cutting plate, which is high efficient.
Shanghai TAYOR main produce the CNC plasma/flame cutting machine to cut the steel plate and steel pipe. CNC plasma cutting machine have CNC gantry type plasma cutting machine and CNC table type plasma cutting machine. CNC flame/plasma cutting machine are combination of the plasma and flame cutting mode.
Generally speaking, we have table type and gantry type cnc plasma and flame cutting machine for steel plate cutting, and cnc pipe cutting machine for pipe profile cutting.
For cutting mode, we have plasma and flame as options. Plasma cutting thickness depends on plasma source, flame cutting thickness is from 6mm to 300mm. Hypertherm, Kjellberg, Victor, these international famous brands are for plasma source options.
In order to get better cutting quality, we also developed cnc plasma and flame cutting machines with linear guide both in longitudinal direction and horizontal direction. True hole is also available on our machine.
