Acceptance Testing Of Raw Materials
In-Process Quality Control
(1) Pre-production quality control: Operators inspect raw materials visually, and check with the machine
Process parameters; The inspection operators review and confirm, technicians review the process
And confirm again.
(2) Production process quality control: QC operations inspectors inspect the products at site (10
Random samplings every 15 minters), and fill in the relevant quality records; Check the products,
Product weight, geometry and other variables; Inspectors test on the properties and the accepted
Variables of the product (every hour), and re-check the inspection operation operators products.
Packaging /Pre-shipment quality control: Check whether the packaging conforms to the order requirements:
Whether the package is complete as well as coding is clear; And do visual inspection before shipment.
Laboratory testing: The laboratory test items in the operation are as follows:
(1) Physical and chemical indicators
(2) Rewet, liner wet ability, leakage, and PH value. Pull strength. Whiteness grade. SAP, microbe.
(3) Microbial indicators
(4) Total number of bacteria/number of Escherichia coil.
(5) Pathogen detection
