The mud be developed with new composite bond and additive, which improve the quality of products, stabilize the performance, sinter with quick speed, keep the new mud and old mud integrate tightly without contraction. It can also keep long tapping, reduce the spatter of casting, ensure the taphole depth and protect the furnace liner to better improve working condition around furnace and reduce potential accidents to much extent.
