Ii. Mechanical system
1. Cross beam: Single rotary structure with high strength and rigid design, and stress has been removed. The compositive compound tracks of steel mounted tracks and straight line tracks are adopted, its manufacturing accuracy is much higher than the one of steel mounted tracks, and the liable deformation of the traditional steel mounted tracks after being impacted will be overcome by using this kind of compound tracks. Racks with high accuracy are mounted, and the hardness of the teeth surfaces is produced according to the accuracy of 8-degree of GB10095-88 standard.
2. Main sliding seat: Box type welding structure, stroke spacing switch is available in the machine.
3. Main gearbox: Complete sealed and without clearance, the automatic spring clearance eliminating and wearing compensation clutch structure is available. It is high in driving accuracy, good in reliability and long in service life.
4. Tracks and racks in x direction: Racks with high accuracy that meet the requirement of DIN8523 standard.
