Working Principle
Erect the spiral chute, calibrate vertical lines, fix it with the metal frame or wood.
Deliver the sand pump onto the top mouth of the spiral chute, add water to adjust the concentration of mineral slurry.
During the swirl flowing down, the centrifugal force and gravity force will make the sand and mineral separated based on the difference in their specific gravity, particle size and shape.
The concentrate flow into the concentrate bucket and discharged by pipe, while tailings flow into the tailings bucket and discharged to the sand pond, then drain away by sand pump.
