It is suitable for the transformer (oil)station above 110kv, it is very suitable for power distribution system, power grid and various companies which need to install and maintain oil-immersed transformers. Besides the regular transformer oil purification, this machine can be also used as vacuum oil injecting and vacuum drying equipment for transformers, and it is cost-effective, easy to operate.
The mobile regeneration system has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. The zym system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but its main application is in the removal of acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration. This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special brand of earth. The zym model is mounted on a leak proof base and can be installed and operated on a trailer.
