Plywood or wooden crate, with paper or cork between each two glass sheets. The crates shall be banded by steel bands and suitable for sea shipment and land carriage.
Insulated Building Glass is a multi-glass combination consisting of two or more panes enclosing a hermetically-sealed air spacer filled with molecule absorbent. It can be structured with laminated, tempered, coated and low-E coating glass.
Insulated Glass is called insulated glass, which refers to heat insulation, not sound or electricity. A less accurate term is "insulating glass", since the glass itself has no insulative properties. It is the air space between the glass layers (lites) that provides the insulation.
