Cr12Mo1V1 round bar with 300 to 400 mm diameter sections can be completely quenched. Even in 300-400° C it can still remain excellent hardness and wear resistance. And its toughness is better than Cr12. It Can be used for the manufacture of the smaller impact load for high wear resistance of the Die and punchcold shears (cut thin and hard metals such as silicon steel), drilling units, gauges, drawing dies, press impression screw plate, drawing die and thread rolling die mold.
