The surface can be black, rough machined, bright and anti-rust according to customers' requirements. The forged products can be normalized, annealed, quenched and tempered and surface quenched.
The technical process of raw material - steel ingot is EF+LF+VD to assure its inside quality, so the forged steel bars made from it will meet UT&MT testing specifications, such as SEP1921-84 C/c, D/d, E/e; JIS G 0587 CLASS 2, EN10228 CLASS 2 and others.
