CHEVRON CONVEYOR BELTDescription: On the surface of the belt, there is chevron pattern higher than the belt body, The pattern includes three typeshigh medium and low.
Application: Chevron conveyor belts are used to convey wet and/or loose materials or bags up steep inclines.
The patterns prevent or reduce slide back and increase the amount of product moved by quick pick-up at the point of loading. They are used in quarries, sandpits, cement works, lime works, mobile crushers and screens, farming and salt mines, etc
Advantages:

2. Patterned Conveyor Belt Usage
Patterned conveyor belt can convey powdered, granulated and small lump materials at the inclination of no more than 40, it can also convey packaged materials.
Patterned conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. The shape and heigh(depth) of pattern is subjected to the material it conveyory and the angle of the machine.

The pattern conveyor belt is composed of the belt carcass and pattern, since the material to be conveyed and the angle of inclination of the conveyor are different, the shape and height (depth) of the pattern are different.
