Main Machines & Function

Hot Washing Tank: Washing PET flakes by hot & chemical water, removing glue and greasy dirts from flakes

Friction Washer: Scrubbing flakes by high speed blades to remove dirts and chemical water

Sink-Float Tank: Washing flakes, floating out dirts and chemical water from flakes

Vertical Dewatering Machine: Removal of moisture from flakes by high speed blades; Moisture content remain: About 2%

Hot Air Drying System: Reducing moisture content from flakes by hot air; Moisture content remain: <1%


Packaging & Shipping

Δ For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box
Δ For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly
