1. Application
This product is suitable for livestock and all kinds of intensive farms on animal manure (organic wastewater with high concentration) separation of slag and liquid. For the specific use of pig, cattle and horses, sheep, chicken and other poultry, avoid using in the over consistency and low temperature environment (lead level freeze)
2. Function
Solid-liquid separation refers to separate suspended solids from the fermentation broth (or medium), such as cell, cell debris, proteins or their precipitate and flocculation. Technically speaking, solid-liquid separation process can be divided into two categories: The settling separation and the filtration separation. So as the solid-liquid separation equipment. According to the driving force and operation characteristics, it can be further subdivided into multiple kinds.
3. Principle
Manure is pumped into machine by liquid pump and flows through the screw shaft arranged on the sieve. The solid material is extruded and separated, at the same time the liquid outflows from the liquid outlet screen. The machine is steel structure with protective paint on the surface. Spiral shaft and liquid outlet screen are made by stainless steel. According to different requirements, the screen comes with different size of mashes, such as 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1.0mm. Dry humidity of solid is adjusted by the tension force of the tension spring. This machine uses three-phase 380V, 50Hz, and the power respectively are 3KW, 4KW, 7.5KW. (plus a pump with 3KW), so the total power are 6KW, 7KW, 10.5KW. And also has control panel and other ancillary equipment.
4. Superiority
The solid-liquid separator has the advantages of small volume, low speed, simple operation, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost, high efficiency, investment recovery quickly and do not have to add any flocculant. The high strength screw shaft, corrosion resistant alloy spiral blades and the screen are made by stainless steel with good quality; Spiral dragon blade is under special process which makes it last 2-3 times longer than other similar products. The water rate in manure is only about 25%-30% after using this machine; The appearance is fluffy, non-sticky, low odor; Dry feces can be directly bagged or sold by cars. It is in the best condition for fermenting of organic fertilizer.

Installation and Maintenance
1. Installation conditions
Based on the convenience of slag and sewage transportation, the height of the host can be adjusted. As far as possible to avoid using the elbow pipe as the flow resistance, and fixed pipe is better. Shed need to be installed when it is in outdoor. 380V line, the host and connection lines of sludge pump are arranged on the terminal of the distribution box.
2. Clean of equipment
When the liquid is few at the liquid outlet, repeat on and off action for several times. If it is still the same, the screen needs to be cleaned. The average cleaning period is about 25-30 days. Cleaning steps as follow:
1) Stop the pump but keep the main screw rotating till no solid comes out from the exit of the slag turning plate
2) Remove the slag turning plate from the spindle box
3) Discharge the spring
4) Remove the screen
5) Clean the screen
6) Assemble and test the machine as requirements
3. Adjustment
Switch on the main motor and determine the screw is on the right side and then turn it off. Hang up the spring to the best position (lead slag turning plate). Put down the slag turning plate after plug the cinder with prepared filler. Turn on the pump first and then the boot. Squeeze slowly and remove the filler at the cinder after the liquid stop outflowing from the slag outlet. Then the solid will be continuous squeeze out.
