Characteristics of Composite Tree Gratings:
1.Anti-corrosion
With excellent corrosion resistance for acid, organic solvents, salt and so on.
2. Light weight, high strength, and easy to cut and install.
Since the tree protection gratings is consisted by resin and FRP, the density is comparatively low, the weight is less than 2 kg per cubic dm, only a quarter of steel and 2/3rd of aluminum. The intensity is 10 times of rigid polyvinyl chloride(RPVC), definitely surpass aluminum and steel.
Due to the light weight, it greatly reduced the foundation support and the material cost.
Cutting and installation is very convenient, only a few people or electric tools can make it instead of large scale lifting equipment, which reduced the installation cost.
3. Anti-aging
Basically, the service life is above 50 years.
4. Fire resistance
The propagation rate of normal gratings with fire resistance functions is less than 25(ASTM E-84), while advanced VER gratings is less than 10, oxygen index is above 28(GB 8924).

Excellent insulation, under 10KV voltage without break.
No electricity magnetic which can be used in devices of sensitive to magnetic.
Special structure of FRP gratings also has the features of non-slip, anti-fatigue etc.
