DESCRIPTION:
Almost white to white loose lump or powder.
INDICATIONS:
Replacement cure for duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, regurgitation esophagitis, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, on the condition that oral administration is not suitable.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
1. Duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, regurgitation esophagitis: 40mg, intravenous drip, once daily.
2. Zollinger-Ellison Sydrome: 60mg (initial dosage), intravenous drip, once daily.
Composition
Active ingredient: Omeprazole Sodium
Indication
Alternative treatment for the following symptoms on condition that the oral treatment is inapplicable: duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux oesophagitis and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
Dosage and Administration
Intravenous injection: The product is dissolved in 100 ml of 0.9% NaCl solution or
100 ml of 5% Glucose solution. After reconstitution, the injection should be given slowly over a period of 20~30 minutes or even longer. Dissolved and diluted with other solvents or other drug is prohibited.
In some patients with duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer or reflux oesophagitis refractory to oral treatment, IV drop of 40mg, o.d, is recommended.
An initial dosage of 60 mg o.d is recommended to patients with Zollinger-
Ellison .The dosage for Zollinger-Ellison patients maybe even higher and should be
adjusted to the individual requirements of each patient. If doses required are higher
than 60 mg daily, it should be divided into twice daily regimens.

Storage Condition
Protect from light and keep tightly sealed in a dry and cool place (store below 20 0C).
