Metal
Without secondary work and heat effect, Apw waterjet provides a better solution for cutting metal. In many case, users are able to reduce operating cost by using waterjet instead of laser cutting. As long as the users draw shape in the software, start the cutting machine to cut the materials, the product will appears as request a few minutes later.The maximum cutting thickness of metal can be up to 150mm!
Stone
Comparing to traditional cutting tools and CNC machines, Apw waterjet was widely used for cutting stone, such as marble, granite, ceramic, ect. It can pierce holes in most materials without a change in tooling. Futher more, we have successfully developed 4 axis linkage series for pattern, especially for medallion. The 4 axis linkage series not only decrease the cost but also increase the productivity.
Glass
As glass is brittle and can't be cut by other cutting methods aboving, Apw waterjet allows users to pierce even the most delicate glass. Intricate cutting and shaping of glass is also easy with Apw waterjet. Users from different industries have discovered its versatility and cost- effectness.
