1. Production:
6640 Nomex paper/Mylar/Nomex paper flexible laminate is made of two layers Du Pont Nomex paper with one layer of mylar.
2. Features and Aplication:
Insulation class: F class (155 ).
Has excellent mechanical properties like high tensile strength and high edge tear resistance combined with high electrical strength.
Has good cutting and overload resistance, high stiffness.
Good compatibility with insulation varnish.
As slot, interturn and liner insulation for F-grade motors and appliances. NMN is also used for slot closures or covers, overhang, interphase and layer insulations for Dry-type transoformers and motors.
3. Availability:
Form: Roll, sheet, strip
Colur: White, pink, blue. Special colours can be provided on request.
DM or DMDM can be produced on request.
4. Layers structure
Triple layers:
Middle layer: Polyester film(PET) for Electrical Purpose
Outer layers: Dupont Nomex paper
5. Certification:
-6640 Nomex paper/Polyester film/Nomex paperflexible laminates YAAN produce was approved by UL test and belonged to UL insulation system (OBJS2)-F. UL No.: E310670.
- 6640 Nomex paper/Polyester film/Nomex paper flexible laminates was passed RoHS Stardard 2002/95/EC test, green electric products with leed-free, nickel-free and Cadmium-free.
