USE AND CHARACTER:
The machine is suitable for cutting leather, plastic, paperboard, cloth, foam, nylon, artificial leather, PVC board, EVA rubber foam sheet and etc. By forming cutter in leather processing industry, luggage & baggage industry, packaging industry, toy industry, stationery industry, automobile industry and PU processing industry. The materials can be cut into various designs and forms with the change of the die cutter. It is especially suitable for large plane and high pressure cutting operations.
1. The four-column downward pressing type and single oil cylinder (or three oil cylinders), double oil cylinders (or four oil cylinders) driving is adopted to reach the heavy-duty cutting force. The cutting force is a continuous force, which can be maintained for several seconds until the materials are fully cut. It is especially suitable for cutting sponge products, EVA rubber foam sheets and automobile decorations.
2. The lubricating system is provided to ensure machine precision and enhance machine durability.
3. The single or double sided automatic feeding device can be allocated with electric interlocking to enhance the machine utilization efficiency and operation safety.
4. The hydraulic system adopts integrated circuit, which can select water cooling or air cooling device to ensure normal operation of the system.
