For example, the principal material of air-bag fender is cord fabric manufactured by ourselves. Based on the former gum dipping, we implement technological reform on cord fabric and pass provincial appraisal and certification of international quality management system. With stable formula and sufficient gel content guarantee, our own rubber (cord fabric rubber) is applied. Additionally, our company is equipped with rubberizing machine, which ensures strong stability to the production of air bag and fender. All above cannot be realized by other companies in the industry. Our company is the only factory approbated by CCS on the basis of the Quality Management System Certification ISO9001:2008.
In terms of production technology, our technicians summarize a set of effective technique and develop many special technologies; and the production equipment is improved than before. Therefore, our product quality is guaranteed from production technology to raw material.
