Application:
EL012 is fatty acid amide compound, it is suitable for softening finishing of woven and knitted fabric composed of cotton and linen and its blends with synthetic fiber, especial for denim fabric. The supple and soft hand feeling can be got by finishing.
Dissolve method:
Cool Dilution:
Pour the softener flake slowly into water(around 30ºC) with the proportion of 5-10%, stirring the mixture slowly to split the flakes for 3-5 mins, then leave the mixture aside for 1-2 hrs. After observing the flakes are totally dissolved, re-stir the mixture slowly until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained
Warm Dilution:
Pour the softener flake slowly into room temperature water with the proportion of 5-10%, stirring the mixture slowly about 3-5min, then heating gradually to 60-70ºC and re-stir the mixture slowly until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained.
Usage:
Dipping: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Temperature:40~50ºC
Bath ratio:1:10~15 Time: 30min
