2. Product Show
Single carriage with single system, this TSM168 computerized flat knitting machine without comb device, use digital technology to achieve the machine knitted for transfer, tuck, pointel, intarsia, jacquard apparent shape, hidden shape, and other regular patterns knitting function. This machine would be mostly used to automatically knit woolen sweater, fit to the material including silk, cotton, woolen, terylene, mix-textile and so on.

C. Knitting speed: Controlled by servo motor with 32 sections speed optional, max speed reach 1.2m/s. Servo motor uses the precise back award control and links up the highspeed operation ability of digital signal processor (DSP), which controls IGBT to produce the accurate output of electric current.
D. Knitting system: Single carriage with single system
E. Knitting function: Transfer, tuck, pointel, intarsia, jacquard, evidence shaping, concealed shaping and other regular or irregular patterns.
F. Needle bed shift: Contrlled by servo motor shift within 2 inches and with accurate adjusting function.
G. Detect alarm system: The safety alarm detect device achieves to up-down and left-right swing function, which surmounts the normal flat knitting machine with detect simply left-right swing only and great increases the detect protect function.
H. Encoder: Advanced coder equipped.
I. Scissor and clip: Including 2 scissors and 4 clips, which are individually controlled by 6 motors, located at both sides of needle bed. The procedure order can proceed by simultaneously or separately, to further increase work efficiency and reduce yarn consume.
J. Transfer function: Triangle composite design, can transfer needles from front to back and back to front together.
