Product Description
1: Adopting high quality mineral wool as main material, no asbestos or needle shaped wool dust which may enter into body by breath, which makes the board totally harmless to human body.
2: Using compound fiber and surface coating of net structure greatly enhance its anti-impact and anti-deformation ability.
3: Internal structure is grade speciation (vertical crossing) in mesh structure with enough space and firm composition which greatly improves its sound absorption ability. The sound absorption property is twice as much as that of ordinary board.
4: The adding of desiccant, assistant desiccant and stable cementing agent in the interior part improves its surface fiber anti-impact ability, helping maintaining its rigidity and it is also helps to adjust indoor temperature and living circumstance.
5: The Nano meter Antimicrobial in the board is of antibacterial, sterilization effect, which can broad its application scope such as aseptic environment where anti-bacterial, sterilization is needed.
6: The Rare earth inorganic composite materials in the board gives surface activities to the product which can intensively absorb and disassemble the formaldehyde and other poisonous substance produced in the decoration process. Besides, the rare earth inorganic compound material has the chemical capability of ion exchange which can increase the density of negative oxyanion effectively and perfect our life space greatly.
7: The expanded perlite in the ceiling tiles has the fireproof and heat insulation performance, which decreases the cost of refrigeration and heating and meets the need of energy-saving and cost-reducing.
