Cap washer/Cap sterilizer
General description
Cap sterilizer, developed according to technics characteristic of filling production line. Its main function is cap rinsing and transiting cap to the capper. Aseptic water rinsing area and Aseptic air blowing area.

Main features
Cap sorter is high efficiency centrifugation type, less cap abrasion.
Equip with cap detection mechanism for controlling start and stop of cap elevator.
Equip with inverse cap baffled mechanism and getting out mechanism on the cap dropping rail of cap sorter.
Cap transit smoothly, complies with the high speed filling production line.
Control system
L Proximity switch of cap elevator detect passed caps quantity automatically, also control the cap elevator start and stop.
L If inverse caps drop into cap dropping rail, the inverse cap starwheel will be stuck. At meantime, inverse cap photoelectric switch detect the inverse cap signal, alarming, and promote operator getting out the inverse cap.
