1. Brief introduction
box Hammer Crusher is mainly used for crushing medium-hard or brittle materials with hardness not more than 300Mpa and 15% moisture,such as coal, cement,gypsum,alumen,brick,tile,limestone,etc.It has the features of simple structure, big crushing ratio, high production efficiency, uniform particle size, etc. This equipment can be adjusted to reach various discharged granularity as the customers' requests.
2. Working Principle
The main working part of box Hammer Crusher is the rotor with hammers.The rotor consists of main shaft, disk,hinge pin and hammers.A sieve plate is below the rotor.The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed.When the materials get into the crushing cavity,they are crushed by the rotating hammers,the crushed products which meet the required size can be discharged from the sieve plate and become the final products,the products with larger size are brought back to the crushed area for being re-crushed until they reach the required size.

Gongyi City Machinery Factory (original Kangdian machinery factory, Gong County Machinery Factory) has large and medium-sized equipment 365 sets, 384 employees, consists of six department: Tachnical department, production department, sales department, domestic trade department, international trade department, service department. There are 240 high-intermediate grade technical personnel. It covers an area of 38, 600 square meters, building area is 18, 000 square meters, fixed assets is 28 million yuan. Gongyi City Machinery Factory is locaded in Kangdian town. One kilometer to south of Kang million eatate Scenic and Kangzhuang road. It is in the east of the provincial capital of Zhengzhou city, there is Hulaoguan Three Kingdoms Battlefield Site; West of Luoyang which is ancient capital of nine dynasties, there is longmen Grottoes which is one of China four famous cave; South of the songshan mountain, there are shaolin Temple and songyang Scademy; North of the Yellow River, there is Sihe yanliu scenic district; Lianhuo Expressway, the Longhai Railway zhengzhou-Xi′ An high-speed rail pass through from east to west, Yellow River bridge line pass through south to nouth. Location is good and transportation is convenient.
