Our company(Zhejiang Baisheng Industrial Co., Ltd. ) owns the total investment of over 12 million dollar(capital register on license is 6.78million dollars), and we have constructed 36000m2 of standardization workshop at the first project. The annual output of production reaches more than 2600 tons of yarns involving in woollen wool yarns, polyester yarns and wool/polyester blended yarns, the count is from Nm1 to Nm4.5 at this moment. (we also supply jute yarn from 4.5LBS to 145LBS, and jute rope from 4-26mm)
This system includes four main departments. First, the fiber blenders, two groups of large-scale chamber make the blending of fiber fully and evenly. Second, the big-width cardings ensure the evenness of yarns. Third, the ring-spinning machines strengthen the yarn sufficiently. And the automatic winding machines guarantee the non-knot of yarn after coning. All the equipments solved difficult problems on carpet quality such as fiber broken and stripe.
