Brief description :
Coal powder  machinery is mainly used for anhydrous materials of nonferrous and 
ferrous mineral powder briquette /ball making system before the smelting furnace, 
such as coal, coal ash, coal mud, coke powder, coking coal, iron ore concentrates, 
chromate ore concentrates, mgo power, copper power, chrome ore power, Lead 
Zinc Ore, steel slag, aluminum ash, SiMn mineral powder, bauxite refractory, non
ferrous metal power, refractory matter, ceramic filter sand and metallurgical powder 
Cold pellet making industry.

Raw materials :
Coal and charcoal powder, zinc oxide, lead oxide, calcium chloride, calcium phosphate. 
High test bleaching powder, cryolite, chemical inhibitor, silica, Isophthalodinitrile etc.
 
Features :
The machine can press all kinds of mineral powder, metal powder, coal powder, coke 
powder and other materials to make them molded. Because of the mandatory squeeze 
rollers , so the products have the three high characteristics : high density ,high strength ,
high hardness, Because of the mandatory squeeze rollers, so the products have high 
density, high strength, high hardness, and the local roll is used in 650Mn hard materials 
with good wear resistance. Effectively improve 
the life of a roll.
 
Working Principle : 
Motive power will transmit to two rollers through the reducer synchronously and 
make them rotate oppositely. Materials enter into ball mode naturally, with rollers 
rotation, pressure of materials bearing becomes larger. When arriving at two rollers 
contact point, materials bearing pressure reaches peak. Under the tremendous pre
ssure, materials become ball shape from powder shape. 
 
Operation :
1. If your raw material is big block, you should choose a crusher.
2. If your raw material is with high moisture (higher than 12%), you should choose 
 a dryer. If you prefer to use dry powder type briquette machine, the moisture should 
be less than 5%, also based on materials' performance.
3. Generally, it is better to add some binder/adhesive into the raw material. If you pre
-fer to use dry powder type briquette machines, generally, no need binder.
4. About belt conveyor, you can buy from us, also can make by yourself. We would 
like to supply the detail drawing of conveyor for you.
5. The final briquettes can be dried under the sun or through mesh belt dryer and chain 
plate dryer.
