Description of stone production line:
Stone Production Line means the whole production line that large stone materials are crushed granular shape by many crushing equipments. The crushed stone production line produced by our company can provide customers with many specifications, it has the characters of cover small area and fine finished product size, and it is convenient to operate because of it equipped with advanced electrical control operating system.

Working Principle of stone production line:
The main machines of stone production line including the Vibrating feeder, Jaw crusher, Impact crusher, Belt conveyor, Vibrating screen and the Concentrate electronic control and so on. And according to the different requirements of the clients , the Cone crusher and the dust leaning equipments also need to be added to the production line. The big stone will be first put into the stock bin, then the vibrating feeder transports the big stones to the Jaw crusher for the rough crushing, then the big stones becomes the building stones, after that ,the building stones will be transmitted to the impact crushers for the second crushing, after the comminution of the second time, the belt conveyor will deliver the very small building stones to the vibrating screen to have a screening. Then different specifications of building stone appear, the stones meeting the needs will be sent to the material stock pile, and the others will be transported to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for the next crushing, and this forms the multi-time closed-loop circuit. The particle size of the stones can be have a combination and classification according to the different need of different clients. To protect the environment , the dust cleaning equipments should be added.
The main machines of stone production line:
1) Jaw crusher
jaw crusher is usually used as primary crushing during the stone or sand processing, because it's high capacity, large opening and durable wearing parts, it's easy to maintain
2) Impact crusher
impact crusher can be used as secondary crushing, it's the ideal choice for making building material, for it's finished mateterial with cubic shape and without interior cracks
3) Cone crusher
cone crusher is widely used for the secondary crushing, because it's reliable working condition, but it's not easy to maintain if there is problem
4) Fine crusher
fine crusher is also called second generation sand making machine, it has high efficiency, can produce fine material, average size less than 5mm. it also widely used before ball mill during the mineral selecting processing.
5) Vibrating feeder and screen
they are necessary equipment during the sand or stone making processing. feeder is mainly used for well-proportioned sending raw material to jaw crusher, meanwhile, it can screen material primary. the screen is made according to the kinds of finished mateiral
