To establish a production of Biomass, it need the following steps:

1 Material preparation: If the the material are wood, this step need wood chipper to make big wood to be small wood chiper around 25mm.
2 Crusher process: This step need a hammer mill from 25mm to be around 3mm material.
3 Dustcleaning process: To remove the dust from the air. It will need a Dust cleaning equipment.
4 Mix process: both disc mixer and horizontal mixer could also work.
5 Dry process: this step need a hot air stove and drying equiment, aim to keep the moisture of the material to be 13%-16%
6 Pellet process: This will need a pellet machine to make the wood dust to be wood granule.
7 Cooling process: After pellet process, the wood granule on high temperature, this will important to make the temperature down for easy package.
8 Packing process: after cooling process, the wood pellet could not directly enter into the fuel process process, to avoid affected by damp, this process is very important.
9 Transportation process: the packed pellet will transported by truck to the place which on fuel process.

The necessory process are: 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8. Other process is optional.

1.  please tell us your expection on production capacity, (kgs/h, or CBM/h).
2. what are the diameter range of your raw materials ? and what are the length of your raw materials ?
3. what is your required size of  final wood chiper, (length / width / thickness) ? or please tell us your usage of final wood chips,  for paper plant,  power plant, fuel pellet & briquette making line.
4. whether there are electric power supply in the working area, and the electric power (Voltage, HZ)
5.  if your raw material also include branch, board, waste furnature, small wood block, and wood barks, please kindly tell us, we will give you the best suggestion.
