2. Advantage:
The product has high strength, good chemical stability and so on. The glass bead will not pollute the processed metal and can accelerate the cleaning and restore the materials to original cleanliness and smooth finish.
Shot blasting glass bead is the preferred medium.It is widely used for rust removal in aerospace machinery etc.
3.Principle: 
Regard compressing the air as and guide the motive force of penetrating while polishing, make medium with the glass beads, by the high speed, spay the work piece surface with high pressure, gush out pills to strengthen,only adorn and process and achieve the clean and improve machining accuracy goal.
4. Difference between Sandblasting and shot peening : 
Sandblasting abrasive speed is sprayed using compressed air to the workpiece surface, the purpose is to remove the surface oxide layer, rust, etc., in order to improve the harshness and cleanliness of the object surface. It has high efficiency but also high energy consumption.
Shot peening is a high-speed hard particles against the surface of metal parts, aims to improve the fatigue strength of the metal surface. Both processes use different tools. These two methods of media can be recycled.It is more economic and easy to control the efficiency and cost

Production process
1. First to choose the materials,the quality of raw materials determines the quality of glass beads produced in the future. The glass raw materials should be clean and no impurity,with good strength and toughness.
2. After choosing the glass, the next is crushing the glasses.According to the particle size smash the glass into uniform glass sand to save manpower and resources.
3. Putting the crushed glass sand into 1200ºC sintering furnace to fire it,check the quality and hardness while firing.
4. Putting the semi-finished glass bead in to vibration sieve to sieving it.
5. Mixing the sieved glass bead according to a certain proportion.
6. Packing and export

The usual packing is 25kgs pp bag with plastic bag inside.40kgs bag,1000kg bag are available.
If pallet with wrapping the cost is USD15.
40 bags in a ton bag and two ton bags in a pallet the cost is USD12
Loading capacity is usually 18-24ton per 20'FCL.
