Double Roll Crusher
Double roll crusher is also called roll crusher, two roll crusher, double teeth roll crusher etc. Double roll crusher bite material into crushing area through roller friction, material was crushed by squeezing and fracturing of machine. When it is used in coarse crushing or crushing ratio increases, roller surface are usual teeth or groove in order to increase fracturing effect.
Double roll crusher is used in sand making plant. If material is harder, we recommend double roll crusher firstly because of less quick-wear part which is only roller surface. Double roll crusher from Shanghai Daiwo use high manganese steel casting roller surface which is through heat treatment. We firmly believe that roll crusher's quality depends on roller surface.
Application
Double roll crusher applies to cement, chemical industry, electric industry, metallurgy, construction, refractory material etc. It is usually used in middle and fine crushing stage to crush medium hardness materials including limestone, coke, coal, gravel, gypsum, ores, mine refuse, furnace slag, steel slag etc.
Structure and working principle
Double roll crusher consists of roll wheel, roll bearing, pressing device, adjusting device and driving device etc. Discharging size adjustment: between two roller equipped with cuneate or gasket adjusting device, top of the wedge device capped with adjustment bolts. When the adjustment bolts pull upward wedge which will bear against the fixed wheel to make it deviate from the movable roller wheel, then the gap between wheels become large, discharging size become bigger, otherwise the opposite.

Gongyi City Machinery Factory (original Kangdian machinery factory, Gong County Machinery Factory) has large and medium-sized equipment 365 sets, 384 employees, consists of six department: Tachnical department, production department, sales department, domestic trade department, international trade department, service department. It is in the east of the provincial capital of Zhengzhou city, there is Hulaoguan Three Kingdoms Battlefield Site; West of Luoyang which is ancient capital of nine dynasties, there is longmen Grottoes which is one of China four famous cave; South of the songshan mountain, there are shaolin Temple and songyang Scademy; North of the Yellow River, there is Sihe yanliu scenic district; Lianhuo Expressway, the Longhai Railway zhengzhou-Xi′ An high-speed rail pass through from east to west, Yellow River bridge line pass through south to nouth.
