Product Introduction
It's a new application to use laser for wire stripping and cutting. The traditional processing for wire stripping is realized by wire stripping pliers or a knife. As a result that mechanical stripping might cause an extrusion and cutting force to wire core due to jaw contact, and such damage to the wire core. If the jaw doesn't touch metal wire, the insulation layer can't be cut cleanly. Regarding multi-layer composed of rayon knitted leather insulated wire, mechanical stripping is more difficult to meet the requirements.
Electric-type stripping device (electric knife), thought it will not damage the metal wire core, is also not the ideal tool for stripping wire due to its low stripping efficiency and quality, and its inconvenience for use.
As the laser has many unique advantages, it can be applied to strip the insulated layers and the shielding layers even for multi-layer wires. It is particularly suitable for cutting shield layers woven by various kinds of metal wire, and organic insulating layers with high strength and melting point Teflon, polyamide and acid.

Application Field
