KM20F-B series two step Full Automatic Blow Molding Machine, from one to multiple cavity.
Blowing the bottle from 300ml to 2L, used for the series kinds of PET bottle, such as the edible oil bottle, medicinal bottle, cola drinking bottle, cosmetic jars, Wild-mouth bottle and so on.

Feature:
1, Adopting advanced MICOM control system, stable performance;

2, Adopting infrared tubes heating, with strong penetration, bottle preform rotation heated,
Heating even, fast and reliable;

3, The heating tube, heating area width and height can be adjusted to suit for different structure of the bottle preform, also with the automatic vent heat temperature device, in order to ensure the channel with constant temperature;

4, Each step had safety lock device, when a process failure, the program will switch to the safety state automatically;

5, The action driven by cylinder, instead the oil pump, with the advantage no pollution, lower noise;

6, Gas designed the action and blow air into three parts, to meet the blowing, action in the pressure of the different needs;

7, Adopting double crank to adjust mould, heavy locking mould, stable and fast, Adopt infrared oven to heat the perform, the perform rotated and heated equally;

8, The safety and reliability of the unique design of the valve position, make the gas path become clear;

9, The production process automation, has completed all saving investment, high efficiency and convenient operation, Simple maintenance, safe, etc
