Application: 801F-1 is designed for paper handbag in bottom bonding.
Feature: High hardness, firm bonding, excellent anti-aging properties, excellent bonding effect on Kraft paper, coated paper, white cardboard and other materials.
Appearance: Amber, transparent
Viscosity : 1200 within 200cps at celsius degree 170
1400 within 200cps at celsius degree 160
1500 within 300cps at celsius degree 150
Softening point: 77 within celsius degree 5
Usage guidance:
1. Suggested operation temperature: Celsius degree 150 to celsius degree 170
2. Suggested tooling method: Hot-melt spray nozzle or blade coating systems.
3. Suggested cleaning method: Clean the equipment with mineral oil at celsius degree120. Then flush it with the same type adhesive below celsius degree 170
Precautions:
1. The property of glue adhesion will differ from the different surfaces of substrate and thickness of applied adhesive.
2. Material is applied hot-appropriated clothing and eye protection should be used.
3. Please keep the adhesive below celsius degree180 during operation to keep the lowest danger of flammable volatiles.
4. During adhesive operation, make sure the air flow and any fire is prohibited.
Package: 1kg for each block, each block with a release paper, 20kgs in a carton.
Storage: 2 years in dry and cool environment below celsius degree 35 and far from fire, unexposed to the sunlight.
