Our main business are the producing and the machining of all kinds of castings, the mechanical and electrical products and auto parts such as the aluminum casting(high pressure die casting, low pressure die casting, turn table gravity casting, gravity casting, sand casting), steel and stainless steel precision casting, grey iron and ductile iron castings etc.

In the field of aluminum casting our factory is equipped with modern production facilities and inspection instruments. There are 6 sets of "UBE" die casting equipments, 7 sets of domestic brand die casting equipments, and 1 set of "ISUZU" low pressure die casting machine imported from Japan, 2 sets of turn table gravity casting machine.
Grey iron casting, ductile iron casting and steel casting are produced with universal black sand, precoated sand and resin sand.
And we are producing carbon steel and stainless steel precision casting(investment casting) with wax-lost process.
Regarding our machining equipment, there are American "Bridgeport", vertical machining center, Japanese "Toyota", Horizontal Machining Center and CNC machines, also a Coordinate Boring Machine.
For the inspection equipment, we own the "Baird" brand spectrocomparator imported from the U. S. A. And "IMS" three dimensional measuring machine imported from the UK etc., with which we can assure the exactitude of the material and meet the strict precision requirement of the products.
We are executing the ISO9001 system in all our factories and our Qingdao Banghe Foundry Co., Ltd is executing the TS16949 system to keep the improvements of our management and technology.
