3.Printer feature:

1).Our printer is with the print head. So you can print any logo you want from the computer to the pens(plastic or metal).

2).With our special ink, you can directly on pens. The printed pen is instant dry, anti-scratch and wear-resistant.

3).We now have 3 models of printer that is good at printing on pens. They are:

BYC168-1: A4 size printer; print 14 pens at a time

BYC168-2.3: A3+ size printer; print 42 pens at a time(economical model)

BYC168-3: A3+ size printer; print 42 pens at a time(high speed model)

4.All of them are with the maximum print resolution of 5760*1440dpi. So you can print detailed logos you want on the pens.

5.The process of printing on pens:

1) place the pens on the pen adapter we provide

2) put the pen adapter on the platform of the printer

3) output the logos you need to print from graphic software(like photoshop, coredraw or AI)

4) printing finished, take the pens from the adpater and pack

*When printing on black pens, the printing is two steps:

1) print a white base on the pen

2) print the color picture on the white base.

In this way, the color picture can show on the black pens.

*For the printing is digital printing, so you can accept printing orders from schools, companies or pen stores. One man can finish the whole printing job.

*Also, the same printer can print on other promotion items as well: like usb card, golf ball, box, tropthy, cell phone case, cell phone cover, wallet, wood, glass, metal and etc. The printing obejct can be as thick as 18cm.
