(2) Application
KOLLER Plate Ice Maker/ice machine/ice plate machine has a daily output from 1 tons to 20 tons. It can be extensively applied into supermarkets, quatic production processing, pelagic fishery, vegetable/fruit processing and fresh keeping, meat processing, concrete cooling, chemical industry and so on.

(3)Energy Saving:
Thanks to our unique technology, our Plate Ice Machine only consumes 60~65 KW power to produce one ton ice, compared with other machines, they normally need 85 kw power to make 1 ton ice, our plate ice machine is greatly energy saving in this field.

(4) Easy operation:
Stable capacity, PLC program control, only need to select the capacity, other procedures will be automatically finished under the PLC program control, no need special human monitor.

(5)Material for mainframe, evaporator, panles:
Stainless steel 304 material, not easily get rust and corrosion, can guarantee the ice to be clean, sanitary, and guarantee the machine to have a long working life.

(6)Plate Ice & Crushed Ice
Because we have designed an ice crusher at the bottom of the machine, when you need the crushed ice, our plate ice machine also can help you to gain it.

Installation:
1). Installing by the user: We will tested and install well the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation.

2). Installing by Koller engineers:
(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.

(2) Before our engineer arrived in your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.

(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.

(4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.

(5) Any delay due to customer's reason, it will be charged from the 8th day, USD100/day for one person as installation fee. Free of charge for one week.

1.  Q: Power supply: the power can be single phase?
       A: No, it need the industrial supply power for the whole plant, say that 3phase power, 380~420V,50Hz, 3P or 220~240V, 60Hz, 3P.
 
-2. Q: If this is my first time to invest ice plants, then how should I prepare my factory?
       A: Water treatment to pure water for ice machine to make ice transparent. We also suggest digital scale and sealing machine to seal bag. 
What is more,cold room is for ice storage.
The above information explain what you should do, first you need to check the water in your factory is good enough for human consumption, if not, you need to prepare a water treatment for your ice plant.
 
-3. Q: How Koller guarantee the quality of machines?
     A: Firstly, material-----we use the stainless steel 304 material for framework and ice maker part, and the world's famous brand electrical parts and refrigeration parts.
     Secondly, we have special QA technician in the machine making process, they will inspect every process until the machine out of factory.
     Thirdly, we will test the machine until that it runs normal and stable, 100% capacity for at least 3 days, then the machine can be out.

   A: firstly, if you need our engineer to come, then he will train your employees how to operate and maintain.
Secondly, we have special after-sales department, once problem happened, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp/Viber, we will help to solve in the soonest time. Once spare parts are broken because of quality problem within guarantee period, we will send to you for free.
