FRP plastic panel with high impact resistance
Description of Product
FRP flat sheet is a new generation roofing material which substitutes asbestos tile and PVC, and is combined with resin and fiberglass. FRP flat sheet is widely used in factories, warehouses, supermarkets, and other steel structured buildings. Energy resources are largely saved when applying FRP flat sheet, and it really reaches the environmental protection effect. With regard to energy, FRP will be more acceptable in the future.
The technical standards of FRP sheet
1. Good tenacity. No cracking phenomenon when driving nails in roof installation.
2. Having close combing with color steel plate. Cross-section thickness is uniform. The shape of FRP is consistent with steel plate.
3. Transmittance loss rate is low. No yellowing phenomenon after long term service.
4. Thermal expansion coefficient is close to that of steel plate. No cracking and water leakage in nail driving place because of expand with heat and contract with cold.
5. Light through FRP assumes scattering shape and gentle.
6. Bright and clean appearance. No distinct air bubble and cracking on FRP.
7. Anti-ultraviolet and anti-chemistry corrosion.
8. Anti-aging and anti-pulverization.
9. Long service life.
Application
Steel structured workshop and warehouse, canopy, parking sheds, corridors, studio lighting, awnings, and greenhouses.
FRP Lighting Sheet Construction Notes:
FRP lighting sheet construction must comply with AS/N2S1562.3: 1996. Please pay attention to the following items:
1). After laid, the place for lighting sheets should be reserved; Construction starts from cornice, and then moves to the ridge gradually; Lighting sheets directly buckle on the side of the peak of the steel.
2). The hole is drilled on the lighting sheet before fixed, a diameter of the hole must be 6 to 9mm larger than a diameter of the screw for heating or cooling.
3). When lighting sheets and steel sheets are lapped vertically, there is at least 200mm overlap, and two water stops must be sticked thereon.
4). A good flashing washer should be used between a screw and lighting sheets when fixed for waterproof and dustproof.
5). After a flashing washer set into a screw and a screw with a washer is locked into purlin, the fixed work is completed.
6). Stepping on the peak of the lighting sheets is prohibited when construction in order to avoid fragmentation; A 1200mm*300mm (length * width) flashing plank should be laid on a crosswise side of the lighting sheets; The fixed work must be carried out on a plank.
