[Application and performance]
1. M-60 matting agent, uded for polyester/TGIC powder coating system.
2. M-60 has good matting performance, suitable for 10%@60° Above gloss.
3. The coating surface of powder coating made by M-60 is smooth and flat.
4. The powder coating made by M-10 has good storage stablity.
5. It can offer good mechanical property, excellent leveling property, perfect anti-yellowing property and the clear coating effect in the powder coating.
6. Heavy metal contents of this product conforms to the EU RoHS standard.
[Dosage]
M-60 matting agent premix with other material and extrude. The dosage of M-60 is 1-5% of the total amount for powder coating formula. The more of the dosage, the lower for the gloss.
Instruction:
1. The proportion with consumed epoxy resin is about 1: 10.
2. It should be better to use the slow curing polyester, or the fast curing polyester used in conjunction with the slow curing polyester.
[Package and storage]
The product is packed in polyethylene-lined composite kraft bag, the net weight is 25 kg per bag.
Sealed, please store in a cool and dry place far away from heat and fire. Avoid direct sunlight. The reasonable shelf life is at least 12 months.
