Main Machines & Function

Sink-Float Tank
Δ Used to washing the PET flakes and density separation floating contamination
Δ Sink-float tank designed with 4PCS automatic drums at the top for manpower saving

Friction Washer
Δ Used to scrubbing the flakes by high speed blades to remove dirt and water
Δ High speed (1440rpm) for high efficiency

Hot Washing Tank
Δ Used to washing the flakes by hot water to remove glue and greasy dirt
Δ Feeding caustic soda/detergent to wash
Δ Heating by electricity or customized
Δ Tank outside with heating protecting layer made of rockwool

Drying System
Δ Including dewatering machine and hot air drying machine
Δ Used to reducing moisture content remain from the flakes by high speed blades and hot air
