FAQ
Q: What about installation, is difficult?
A: Simple install, all complicate part have be settled before delivery, in normal condition 20 minute to complete installation.
Q: Do need professional electrician to install?
A: Customer can install product follow installation manual. But still recommend to have qualified electrician to proceed the installation.
Q: What about the malfunction rate, if one LED bulb broken, is that all LED bulbs shut down?
A: Malfunction rate is low, less < 0.5%. All tree brunch be specified designed by individual circuit, one LED bulb black out doesn't effect other LED work, the rest of LED bulb will lighting as well.
