Description

 Heat Resistant Contact Adhesive  HN-991 has widely used in packing, woodworking, 

family decoration, construction, outdoor fixing and so on. It is a good adhesive 

special for plastic board, leather, rubber, cork, carpet and wood chipboar

Heat Resistant Contact Adhesive  HN-991 is a benzene free and environmental friendly 

contact adhesive. It is made from high quality chloroprene rubber. It has good 

heat - resistance and very strong Viscidity.
 

Characteristic:

1. Benzene - free and environmental friendly. 

2. Wide application, all - purpose adhesive.

3. Long tack time, flexible in constructional operation. 

4. Strong viscidity.

5. High heat - resistance, it can keep stable a high temperature of 120°C. 

Packaging:

Iron can: 18L*1, 4L*6, 1L*18

Iron drum: 200L*1

Instructions:
a) Clean: grease, smirch, rust, moisture of the contacted surface must be 
cleaned off, surface of bamboo, leather or rubber must be matted. 
Rough surfaces must be smoothed
b) Shake: shake well before used in order to gain the best effect of viscosity
c) Brush: brush or spray onto two surfaces need to be stick together
d) Airing: wait for 10 to 15 minutes after brushing (depends on temperatures) 
until the condition is proper to agglutinate
e) Agglutination: add pressure or tapping for the super viscidity
f) Application tools: brusher, roller, shaver, trowel

Storage: 
a) Maintain under the room temperature for 1 ~ 3 days will be helpful to 
reach the best viscidity effect
b) Storage condition: 
i) Keep out of the touch of children
ii) Store in cool, dry and ventilated place
c) Period of validity: 12 months

Notes:
a) Adhesive contains volatile solvent and is easy to burn. Please keep it 
away from fire and make sure the construction site is well ventilated
b) Please test the product before it is applied to production procedure
c) To avoid the yellowish caused by chemical reactions of the product and 
shoe materials, the product must be maintained on the contact surfaces. 
In any case of dripping out of contact surfaces, it must be cleaned 
immediately
d) According to the type of materials being adhered, it must apply our
surface cleaning solution to clean the contact surfaces
e) During the application procedure, the room must be maintained ventilated 
according to the national safety policies
f) The volume of water in the materials should be lower than 8%.Otherwise,dry and stoving the materials as far as possible when bonding with plywood,flooring,bamboo etc.
g) In any case of contacting with skin, please wash away immediately
