TDPM 200/500 Horizontal Mixing Machine


I. General description
The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer contains three main parts: U-shape tank, auger and driving parts, with pretty high effect in mixing. The auger is dual structure, outer spiral make the material move from the sides to the center of the tank and the inner screw convey the material from the center to the sides, which is helpful to get convective mixing. Our TDMP Series Ribbon blender apply for different material: Powder, patch or granular which are accompany with little sticky or cohesive in its composition. This type of machine can also add another small amount of liquid and paste material into powder and granular, besides that, the lid of the tank can be made as open in order to easily cleanup or change parts.


II. Characteristics
1). With horizontal U-shape tank, a single shaft with two ribbons in symmetric
Distribution. At the top of tank lid, there is an entrance for material, of course we can
Meet the requirements with equipping the device of spraying or adding liquid.


2). No material deposit and without dead angle when mixing. There is a flap dome valve(pneumatic or manual controller)of the center at the bottom of the tank. The design of the valve is in an arc which assures no material to deposit or exists any dead angle when mixing. With tight interlock and reliable seal, it helps to keep from leaking any material under the circumstance of frequent switch on or off.


3)Durable&Safety: All material are made of Stainless Steel 304. Considering its high quality, these series machine are successfully awarded with CE certification.


4)Optional choice: This type of machine can also be designed to function as cooling or heating. Adding a layer outside the tank to forming into a U-shape hollow interlayer, among which we can put into some particular medium to gain the effect of cooling or heating, usually, injecting cooling water or heated steam, and in some case, it can also use electrical machine for heating.
